Created specifically to help San Diegans who live alone with memory issues, the VITALZ program connects trained and screened volunteers with individuals who can use a little more help. Whether you need transportation assistance, help with groceries, or just a friendly check-in, VITALZ is here for you.
VITALZ services include:
- Social and Check-In Calls:
Friendly chats to check-in and offer support and companionship. - Transportation Help:
Rides to doctor visits, church services, social events, and other errands. - Food Bank Deliveries:
Regular deliveries to keep your pantry stocked.
